AskGRADUS assistant
Single tenant · v1
Is the assistant on, and how busy has it been. Check this tab first.
Pause this assistant
Emergency kill switch. When on, every question — anywhere on the site — gets a fixed "temporarily paused" message. No model calls, no counters touched. Takes effect immediately, no deployment needed.
Clear answer cache
What the cache is: when the assistant answers a question, it saves that answer so the next visitor asking something similar gets an instant reply instead of waiting for a new one to be generated — faster and cheaper for repeat questions. When to clear it: only if a WRONG answer somehow got saved and keeps being shown to visitors — clearing wipes every saved answer and forces every question to be freshly re-checked from then on. You won't normally need to do this. Takes effect immediately, no deployment needed.

What the assistant knows and says — upload the documents it answers from, manage quick-answer chips, and see what it couldn't answer.
Unanswered questions
Questions the assistant couldn't answer, most recent first — use this to find real content gaps. Unlike every other card here, this one shows the actual question text (kept 90 days, then auto-removed) — a deliberate, scoped exception, confirmed directly.
Documents
Markdown, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, web copy — only upload approved public-facing content.
Search indexed content
What it's for: check whether a word or phrase actually exists anywhere in your uploaded documents — the exact same material the chat widget answers from. When to use it: before assuming something is broken, when the bot won't confirm a fact you're sure you uploaded (e.g. it won't say "ISO 27001" even though a document mentions it) — this tells you whether the problem is the content itself or how the bot is using it.
Term replacements ⓘ
e.g. "Strev" → "GRADUS", "Revnue" → "AxlFlo"

Canned Chips
Obvious, admin-written answers (contact info, pricing links) shown as chips in the widget — no AI model call, always shown exactly as written, never dependent on whether a document happens to support it.

Admin access
Anyone in axlflo.ai's directory can be granted access to this console.
Prompt, restricted-claims list and branding are set at deployment for v1 — not editable here yet. The gate logic that checks every answer is never admin-editable, by design.
